Our Heart belongs to the ADU, but we understand that some clients are starting from scratch and might need a Primary Dwelling, too.

Evolve ADU lives to build your dreams. We can build the Primary Home and the ADU at the same time or we can start with either one. There's no laws against starting with the ADU either! You can build a modest home to start and then build a larger home later when you need more space or when you are ready to start earning passive income by renting one out.

Modern Ranch

The Modern Ranch Plan has everything you could ask for on one level: a stunning open living space, private primary suite, huge mudroom, and oversized laundry with half bath.

The three extra bedrooms can would make a great den, office, guest space, craft room, or work-from-home suite. There is plenty of storage between the six closets, walk-in primary closet, mudroom, laundry, and pantry.

The living goes outdoors as well! Between the covered front porch, screened-in back porch, and full deck, you have lots of options.

Raised Colonial

The Raised colonial offers a ton of living space and includes bold, functional spaces. This plan checks every box: 2 Car Garage, four bedrooms, three baths, open floor plan, large bonus space, large mechanical/laundry room, pantry, deck, and a stunning primary suite with a walk-through closet and private bath.

This Raised-Ranch style home could also be styled architecturally as a colonial to have the best of both worlds. Because there isn't a full foundation, you can save a ton on construction costs. This type of construction is also a great option for areas with a high water table.

Modern Cape

This Modern Cape Plan is a showstopper. It presents small from the outside, but keeps going and going on the inside and offers 2400 square feet of incredible living.

Featuring a generous open layout, functional mudroom, and gorgeous primary suite with a walk-through closet and stylish private bath.

The second floor offers three large bedrooms, a bonus nook space, and an oversized bathroom which includes a laundry room, separate tub and toilet, and a huge vanity with room for everyone to get ready. The Garage can be configured for Entrance through the front as well. Truly a dream come true!

Extend

The Extend Plan fits well on narrow lots but doesn't compromise on features. This plan features a two-car garage, three bedrooms, laundry room, open floor plan, and private primary suite. There's plenty of storage and room for mechanicals for a slab-on-grade option. This is a great option for one-floor living.

Escalate

The Escalate Plan features up to five bedrooms, two full baths, and lots of extra features.

Everything you need is on the first floor, but the basement can be expanded to offer more! The Escalate Plan offers an open layout, mudroom, laundry, and beautiful primary suite with walk-through closet and private bath. Take the party outside with a semi-covered deck and front porch sized for sitting.
