Craftsman 3 Car Garage
This stunning plan features a full 3 car garage with a beautiful open floor plan ADU Apartment above.
The design show features bold craftsman details, but can be customized for your taste or to match your existing home.
This plan has it all: Large kitchen with counter seating, dining table. and generous living room. Make this primary suite your oasis with enough room for meditation, exercise, or yoga. The walk-through closet connects to the bathroom which features a double vanity, large shower, and laundry unit.
Easily add a deck by replacing the windows on the end opposite the stairs with a slider for a remarkable outdoor space!
Wrap Around Porch
This plan features maximum outdoor living with a wrap-around porch, patio, and porch off the primary suite. The open floor plan features a large kitchen with island, full dining room table, and large living room. The primary suite offers a walk-in closet, beautiful bath with double vanity and a linen closet. Tucked away in the front corner is a powder room and flexible space that can be used for a second bedroom, office, guest space, or craft room.
Horizon
The Horizon Plan features a functional open floor plan, two large bedrooms, and a laundry room with plenty of space for storage and mechanical components.
Elevate
The elevate plan offers a generous open floor plan, two bedrooms, and two full baths, an oversized Laundry Closet, and, Yes, this plan is in compliance with MA ADU 900 gross sq. ft. size limit.

Ambient
The Ambient plan features a full two-car garage with a stunning two bedroom ADU Apartment behind.
The open floor plan has everything you want in an ADU Apartment: entry room with storage, two full bedrooms, a large bath, large kitchen and living space, and even has a large Bonus Loft which doesn't add countable gross square footage with the proper ceiling height.
This is an excellent layout for retirement or downsizing and has everything you need on the first floor.
Ambient Accessible
The Ambient Accessible plan features a full two-car garage with a stunning one bedroom ADU Apartment behind.
We modified the Ambient plan to make the bedroom larger and the bathroom wheelchair accessible. The barrier free shower and room for a wheelchair functions well for all, but can easily accommodate persons with disabilities or injuries. The kitchen could be further modified for wheelchair use.

Two 18
The Two 18 plan goes a step further to maximize the square footage to include more in every space. This layout offers an expanded main bath, separate Laundry and mechanical space, room for a dining table, and adds a walk-in closet and half bath to the primary suite.
Three 14
The Three 14 plan shifts the extra space to add a third bedroom. The open living space includes everything you need and the bedrooms are sized generously with plenty of closet space. This plan also includes a second full bath for the primary suite.
Radiance
The Radiance Plan offers functional spaces with an open floor plan. This space is bright and airy and has plenty of room in every space. There is an oversized laundry center off the kitchen, and plenty of storage.
Sand Dollar
Nature's beauty that fits in the palm of your hand. The Sand Dollar Cottage offers Maximum Living in a small footprint by putting the bedrooms upstairs. The first floor features a generous open layout with a full sized kitchen, laundry/pantry, living room, and space for a dining table.
The second floor has two large bedrooms, full size bath, and plenty of closet space.
