Feasibility & planning

When building an ADU, the Design, Planning, and Approval typically accounts for around 20%-30% of the total project cost. This is a significant investment, especially if you don't ultimately move forward with your project.

This is why Evolve ADU offers our Feasibility, Planning, and Design in Phases; with the goal of only charging for services as they are needed and when the evidence discovered justifies it.

It's quick, easy, and the report is emailed directly to you.

Discovery Phase

A member of our team visits your property to perform an initial investigation about your specific site conditions. We will reference your ADU Goals in estimating compatibility and compliance with zoning regulation, building codes, and estimated property boundaries to help you determine if you should continue moving forward with your project.

Based on the Discovery Phase, we move forward with specific tasks related to confirming our estimated findings and gather items necessary for permitting and design. Some examples of actions taken during the Performance Phase are property Boundary Surveys, Site Plans, Perc Test, Title V, and Zoning Approval.
