The One 14 Plan features a generous living space, kitchen with counter seating, and a separate bedroom with two closets and a window seat.
One 14 Plus
The One Plus Plan features an extra room that can be used for another bedroom, guest room, or work from home suite! We offer two other similar plans which you can find in the Large ADU category.
One 18
The One 18 plan features a generous kitchen with counter seating, bathroom with Laundry, kitchen table, functional living room, and e nice bedroom with a large closet.
Two Car One Bedroom
This plan is a great example for adding a two car garage with living space above. The garage has room for a full size truck, a workbench, and your garbage bins. The ADU apartment above includes a generous kitchen full sized appliances, a large living room, bat with laundry, and a full sized bedroom.
Garage Addition
This is an example of how to add an attached garage with ADU Apartment above.
The breezeway in this plan features a lot of functional laundry and storage space connects to the ADU space, but it could be designed for more privacy.
The garage space includes two parking spaces and a large storage area but could be reconfigured for three garage spaces with the doors placed along the longer side.
The full dormer gives the ADU Apartment ample room for an open floor plan, bathroom, and bedroom with a walk-in closet.
